Flexible hose made with a layer of neoprene-coated fiberglass fabric reinforced with a harmonic steel spiral and sewn external fiberglass cord. It can be made with smooth sleeves on the ends, a good alternative to facilitate pipe installation. Very flexible, light and with great axial compressibility of approximately 30%, this is a tube with a spring effect. Black colour.
Maximum pressure approximately 3 times the operating pressure.
Operating temperature range -55°C to 130ºC
(150°C for short periods of time)
Standard length 4 metres, special executions on request
Complies with flame retardant regulations, class m1 (UNE 23723-90) CL V0 UL94.
Use:
- Cooling of electronic units.
- Transport of hot air in printing machines.
- Transport of hot air in machines for the production of plastic bags.
- Extraction of exhaust gases from engines.
- Suction of welding gas. industrial extraction and ventilation, cooling of electronic devices, conveyance of air and gas at high and low temperatures, ideal in motor vehicles due to its flexibility.
Upon request, it can be supplied in sizes for use with sleeves at the ends
