This type of fitting is designed for the quick and safe joining of two pipes in the shortest possible time. By inserting the male version inside the FEMALE version you will quickly have a full passage mechanical coupling with the tightening via two lateral levers, whose eccentric on the fulcrum will obtain the definitive locking, via a pin or a spring system the locking stop is obtained safety of the two flaps. The seal is guaranteed by standard gaskets in NBR rubber or different materials depending on the fluid passing through.
The end of this particular fitting consists of a smooth hose holder.
Ideal for use in pressing flexible hoses with THERMOPLASTIC LYNER underlayer such as polyethylene, Crosslinked, PTFE, PFA, PVDF using steel pressing ring nuts which, during the crushing phase, hook onto the ring placed on the hose holder before the fitting to guarantee greater safety against the fitting slipping out.
