Description and technical data

Rubber hose with high resistance to surface electrical tension, for fixed pneumatic pipes on railway and tram vehicles.

CORD/4882/C-542/20 is used for the air flow in the pantograph power supply system, in compliance with the UNI 4882 standard.

TUBE STRUCTURE: Synthetic rubber, self-extinguishing, black, smooth, resistant to grease and mineral oils.

REINFORCEMENT: Synthetic textile fabrics.

COVER: Synthetic rubber, self-extinguishing, black, smooth, canvas-like, resistant to ozone, atmospheric agents, greases and mineral oils

Operating temperatures: from -30°C up to +90°C

DIELECTRIC STRENGTH rubber = 5000 Volt per mm of thickness
