Electro-heated pipes are used in all industrial, food, chemical, automotive and pharmaceutical sectors, in all those applications where there is a need for pipes with accurate temperature control. The inside of the hose is in PTFE protected externally by a 304 stainless steel braid.
To obtain heating, a heating resistor is wrapped around the internal core. An internal probe connected to an external device allows the temperature to be detected and kept constant. The end caps and the external protective braid guarantee great mechanical resistance.
All hoses are subjected to strict controls and fully tested.
There are many connection possibilities for various industrial systems thanks to the vast range of electrical connectors available.
