MULTIPURPOSE flexible hose for suction and delivery of highly corrosive LIQUID chemical products.
Reference standard: BS 5842 on request produced according to the EN 13765 and TMD STANDARDS.
ADVANTAGES:
Exceptionally flexible and easy to handle, suitable for use in ATEX- compliant environments thanks to the electrical conductivity ensured by the two steel coils. APPLICATIONS: Suction and discharge of petroleum products and derivatives with aromatic content up to 100% for the transfer of flammable liquids in road, railway, industrial, tanker truck, and warehouse systems. Ideal for its light weight, easy handling, and flexibility in manual use. Suitable wherever chemical resistance is required, even on the surface of the hose.
STRUCTURE:
Made of layers of PTFE film compressed between two AISI304 stainless steel spirals (AISI316 stainless steel spiral or polypropylene coating available upon request). The outer covering is made of RED PVC-coated polyester fabric, with a wavy appearance and exposed metal spiral.
Maximum suction 0.9 bar (approximately vacuum).
Operating temperature: -40° +115° C.
Maximum operating pressure 14 bar/burst 56 bar (also available on request in a version with maximum working pressure 10 bar/burst 40 bar).
Supplied exclusively in working lengths with assembled fittings in: aluminium, brass, polypropylene, stainless steel.
Possibility of having mounted fittings of the following types: male, female, Cam-lock, Guillemin, Rapid, fixed/rotating flanges ISO PN10/16, ASA 150.
