High-performance hose for hot and abrasive powders, bulk materials, granules, and hot gases. Blown film, cooling air on the extrusion tool of offset printing machines, air supply cabinets, cooling air, UV dryers, IR/infrared dryers, textile industry, steam extraction, and ironing. Highly abrasion-resistant, excellent heat resistance.
(Better than comparable TPE and neoprene) Good resistance to chemicals, industrial oils, and hydrocarbons Excellent cold flexibility RoHS REACH compliant based on technical information.
Temperature range: -40°C to 125°C briefly up to 150°C
Construction Tube with reinforced profile with harmonic steel wire embedded in the wall.
Wall made of special patented high-temperature polyurethane.
Wall thickness approximately 1.0 mm
