BIO-METAL PVC BioVinil flexible hose
first and only flexible PVC with bio-based plasticizer DOW ECOLIBRIUM .
It is an easily renewable alternative to phthalates and offers customers a better sustainable solution from a carbon footprint perspective.
This resin is more competitive than polyolefin resins, polyurethane and the most commonly used polymers on the market. It offers all the advantages of traditional vinyl: malleability, resistance to UV rays and durability. it also offers improvements in thermal stability, plasticizing efficiency, abrasion resistance and tensile strength, cost-effectiveness. Also usable for wine and alcoholic liquors up to 20% concentration, especially suitable for bottling machines and food dispensers.
