Butyl tube designed exclusively for use in DRINKING WATER transfer systems for the production of raw and pasteurized beer, cider, wine, whey, fruit juices, liquids for food use in general with a high alcohol content (up to 98%). Suitable for the transfer of tanks, tankers and container processing and filling systems.
Free from plasticizers and phthalates . Exceptional flexibility and easy handling, lightweight, stain-resistant cover also in anti-crushing version.
Tube: Odorless and tasteless white rubber in BIIR BUTYL (cod.90FDA) smooth mirror (without welding) to avoid bacterial propagation, resistant to cleaning with detergents and sterilization at 130° tips for a maximum of 30 minutes.
Armor: heat-resistant synthetic textile inserts with incorporated steel spiral
Cover: RED stain-resistant EPDM rubber, smooth cloth finish, resistant to ozone and atmospheric agents.
Operating temperature -40° +120°C
Operating pressure 10 bar - burst 30 bar (safety factor 3)
Maximum suction at -0.9bar

Sublayer totally free from plasticizers, phthalates and animal derivatives reduces the risk of bacterial proliferation and the risk of contamination of the conveyed product.

SPANNLOC JAWS (colored white-blue-red-black)
