For industrial water delivery, low concentration acid or basic solutions
Particularly suitable for industrial uses that require particular thermal insulation. Pipe suitable for passing hot cooling water in iron and steel plants, steelworks, foundries, glass industry, wherever pipes protected from splashes of incandescent metal are needed.

Structure:
heat-resistant EPDM synthetic rubber underlayer, light grey, odourless, tasteless, mirror-smooth. Synthetic textile reinforcements with high mechanical resistance.
DIELECTRIC synthetic covering in BLUE color in heat- and aging-resistant EPDM, resistant to heat by radiation, abrasion, with smooth surface with canvas imprint resistant to atmospheric agents. The tube is further covered in gray vulcanized fiberglass to protect it from splashes of incandescent material and from radiant heat up to approximately 400° C.

Available in 10 bar version (30 bar explosion) and in 20 bar version (60 bar explosion).

Working temperature : -35° +120°C.

Minimum bending radius :
12 times the internal diameter at zero bar; 6 times the diameter at a minimum pressure of 3 bar
