Electrically heated hoses are used in all industrial sectors, including the food, chemical, automotive, and pharmaceutical industries, in all applications requiring piping with precise temperature control. The hose's interior is made of PTFE, protected externally by a 304 stainless steel braid.
To heat the tube, a heating element is wrapped around the inner core. An internal probe connected to an external device detects the temperature and keeps it constant. The end caps and external protective braid ensure excellent mechanical resistance.
All pipes are subjected to strict controls and fully tested.
