Flexible hose perfect for conveying oils and creams and resistant to CIP cleaning processes. VENAŽ FLEXIP is the perfect solution for the cosmetics industry. It was developed with all the requirements and needs of cosmetics manufacturers in mind. The hose offers good resistance, especially to greasy and oily products.
The hose is made of silicone, but features an inner layer made of fluoroelastomers and PTFE particles , which provide good resistance to both acidic and some basic CIP cleaning solutions. The materials and construction of VENAŽ FLEXIP allow them to have the following properties:
Operating temperature range is -20°C to 175°C, with short-term temperatures up to +200°C. Can be steam cleaned or SIP cleaned at 130°C, and CIP-acid and some basic cleaning methods are used in harsh conditions. Reduced bending radius. Vacuum resistance: 0.91 bar (12.23 psi).

The VenaŽFlexip construction is a flexible silicone hose made with a hybrid inner layer of fluoroelastomers and PTFE, with three polyester fabric reinforcements and a stainless steel wire spring, all enclosed within the hose. Smooth white interior and exterior. Reinforcement of three polyester fabrics. Plastic or stainless steel wire spring (upon request) enclosed within the hose. The hose is completely non-toxic.
It can be equipped with 316L stainless steel fittings on each end with a roughness value less than 0.8um.
Construction
This reference is manufactured with a hybrid inner layer of fluoroelastomers and PTFE, with three polyester fabrics reinforcements and a stainless steel wire spring, all enclosed inside the tube.
Custom constructions available upon request. Shapes such as elbows and bends can also be custom-made to suit any installation. VENAŽ FLEXIP can be produced in various constructions depending on our customers' needs. It is flexible and durable, making it perfect for adapting to any type of machinery.
The product is perfect for filling machines, formulation tanks and any type of machinery that requires flexibility, resistance to strong movements, durability, resistance to high temperatures and avoids product leaks or waste.
Use precautions
- Extreme working conditions or the use of materials with poor compatibility with VenaŽFlexip may damage the internal surface of the hose. It is recommended to inspect the internal appearance for cracks or bulges and replace the hose if necessary.
- The pipe covering must be inspected along its entire length for signs of hardening, abrasion, cuts, kinks or crushing.
