Applications
Venaflon HR is an excellent solution for withstanding dynamic stresses during the transfer of high-purity fluids. It is suitable for use in filling machines. The inner layer of this tubing is made of PFA (perfluoroalkoxy), which is highly compatible with highly aggressive chemicals.
This hose can transport liquid or semi-liquid food products by impulse or suction, as its design can withstand both pressure and vacuum. The perfluorinated inner coating ensures maximum chemical and thermal resistance, excellent impermeability, and absolutely hygienic and contamination-free fluid delivery. It is odorless, tasteless, and completely non-toxic. Highly flexible.
It can be fitted with 316L stainless steel fittings on each end with a roughness value of less than 0.8 µm (or 0.5 µm on request).
Operating temperature range -40°C to +150°C.
The hose is produced with a maximum length of 20m (65.62 ft).
Maximum operating pressure 10 bar
Vacuum resistance is 0.9 bar (13.05 psi)
Standard diameters available: 13.0 - 19.0 - 25.0 - 32.0 - 38.0 - 51.0 - 63.5 - 76
The inner layer of PFA complies with:
- USP Class VI in vivo testing
- USP Class VI in vitro tests

- PFA inner layer construction, fully fluorinated, mirror smooth, light color.
- Outer layer construction: EPDM rubber, blue color, smooth, resistant to abrasion, ozone and weathering, canvas print.
- Reinforcement: high-strength synthetic fabrics, embedded steel spiral.
- Two copper wires are incorporated to dissipate electrostatic currents.
