Description and technical data
Multipurpose flexible hose for suction and delivery of highly aggressive chemicals. Exceptionally flexible and easy to handle.
Exceptional minimum bend radius.
Pipe compliant with the following standards :
- EN 12115 - except for diameters greater than Ø 75
- EU Regulation No. 1935/2004, 2023/2006, 10/2011
- FDA Regulation - 21 CFR 177.1520
CERTIFIED hose for use in ATEX environments (INERIS N° 92346/08 OF 01/03/2008)
- dusty atmosphere in zones 20, 21 and 22 (according to Directive 1999/92/EC
- gaseous atmosphere of group IIA, IIB, IIC in zones of Type 0, 1, 2 (according to Directive 1999/92/EC)

Use:
Suction and delivery of nearly all aggressive chemicals, acids, highly aromatic solvents, oxygenated or chlorinated solvents, and aromatic hydrocarbons for installation on rail/road tankers, unloading platforms, and mobile and fixed systems in chemical laboratories. Also suitable for transferring aqueous, acidic, alcoholic, or fatty food products in accordance with FDA 21.crf.177.1520.
Structure:
Smooth black UPE (High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) conductive substrate, therefore with a resistivity (R) less than or equal to 1 MOhm per meter . Complies with FDA 21.crf.177.1520
The internal part of the wall incorporates the textile reinforcement inserts and the steel spiral.
The black EPDM rubber cover is also conductive, has a cloth finish, and is resistant to many aggressive chemicals and atmospheric agents.
Maximum working pressure 16 bar Vacuum suction 0.9 bar Operating temperature: -40° +100°
Steam resistance at 140° for up to 30 minutes
