Multi-purpose flexible hose for suction and delivery of highly aggressive chemical products. tube of exceptional flexibility and manageability.
Exceptional minimum bending radius.
Hose compliant with the following regulations :
- EN 12115 - except diameters greater than Ø 75
- EU Regulation n° 1935/2004, 2023/2006, 10/2011
- American FDA regulation - 21 CFR 177.1520
Hose CERTIFIED for use in an ATEX environment (INERIS N° 92346/08 OF 01/03/2008)
- dusty atmosphere in type zones 20,21 and 22 (according to directive 1999/92/EC
- gaseous atmosphere of group IIA, IIB, IIC in Type 0, 1, 2 zones (according to Directive 1999/92/EC)

Use:
suction and delivery for almost all aggressive chemical products, acids, solvents with a high aromatic content, oxygenated or chlorinated solvents, aromatic hydrocarbons for installation on railway tanks/tanker trucks, unloading platforms as well as mobile and fixed systems in chemical laboratories. Also suitable for the transfer of aqueous, acidic, alcoholic or fatty food products according to FDA 21.crf.177.1520
Structure:
Smooth black sub-layer in conductive UPE (High Molecular Weight Polyethylene), therefore with a Resistivity (R) lower than or at most equal to 1 MOhm per meter . FDA 21.crf.177.1520 compliant
In the internal part of the wall we find the reinforcing textile inserts and the steel spiral incorporated.
The black EPDM rubber cover is also conductive, with a cloth finish, and is resistant to many aggressive chemical products and atmospheric agents.

Vacuum suction 0.9 bar
Operating temperature: -40° +100°
Steam resistance at 140° up to a maximum of 30 minutes
