Silicone hoses and tubes recommended for marine use as an anti-vibration connection of COMBUSTION AND WET exhaust systems FOR VESSELS OVER 24 METRES from the engine exhaust manifold to the hull or to the sea exhaust fittings.
The silicone tubes and hoses used in the nautical field have MARINE WT EXAHAUST SAEJ2006 compliance, they also have LLOYD'S certification.

Construction: VMQ Silicone
External appearance: Smooth blue color or with one or more ripples on request.
Reinforcement: several layers of polyester fabric. Steel spiral (for type R2 pipes).

Internal appearance: smooth and red.

Operating temperature: -55° +180°C

Length: proportional to the diameter or upon customer request

Certifications upon prior request during the offer phase
This product can be supplied upon request with a Type Approval Certificate (TAC) number 12/00066 issued by Lloyd's Register certifying compliance with SAE J2006 for the three styles R1, R2 and R3 classification in SAE J2006-ISO 13363 for silicone parts used in marine wet exhaust systems.

R1 refers to pipes with textile reinforcement only

R2 refers to pipes with textile reinforcement and steel spiral

R3 refers to custom-designed tubes such as bends, reductions or special shapes with reinforcements
