APPLICATION :
usable in pressurized air conditioning systems for civil and industrial vehicles, cogeneration units, marine engines, transport of high temperature fluids. It can be used both in vehicles and in the industrial sector, its use is indicated in cooling and heating systems on buses, trucks and industrial vehicles, refrigeration systems of cogeneration units and marine engines.
PROPERTIES :
Ideal for use at high temperatures between -60° and 180°C
(peaks of 200 ºC for short periods of time)
- Resistance to antifreezes and antirusts.
- High resistance to ozone.
- High resistance to hardening with excellent compression characteristics.
- Excellent flexibility during the assembly process.
- Excellent resistance to thermal aging and oxidizing agents (oxygen, ozone, UV rays).
CONSTRUCTION :
The construction material is VMQ (Vinyl-Methyl-Quality) silicone rubber, STANDARD BLUE colour, other colors on request. -This product is made with three or four or five polyester reinforcements. Intermediate wave to cushion mechanical and thermal tensions.
LIMITATIONS:
compliance with the declared values, not suitable for the continuous passage and storage of hydrocarbons (even if resistant to traces of oil and diesel). It is not suitable for use at high depression, nor for the transport of abrasive powders. This type of hose is not suitable for negative pressure (vacuum) applications. The operating pressure and breaking load were determined through pressure tests in accordance with ISO 1402/2009.
