Rubber hose for aircraft refueling operations for Avio, JET-A1, GRADE E fuels and all hydrocarbons with aromatics up to 50%. Lightweight and flexible, it is suitable for being wound on reels and winders.
Suitable for both fuel delivery and suction in atex zones
The entire length is marked in relief with all the data according to the specifications: EN1361 TYPE E +TRbF.
The marking is shown on a yellow helical band (fluorescent yellow on request) which guarantees visibility even in night operating conditions.
Cover: CR rubber compound resistant to abrasion, atmospheric agents and traces of oil, black with cloth finish, electrically conductive, fireproof, antistatic.
Tube: antistatic NBR nitrile rubber compound for liquids up to 50% aromatic.
Reinforcements : 4 highly resistant RAYON synthetic fabrics. Complete with two copper cords inserted into the length of the tube.
Operating temperature: -30° +70° C - peaks of 100° for a few minutes.
Packed in rolls of 40 meters or 61 meters or other lengths on request.
