Standard blue silicone sleeve - other colors on request - with multiple textile braids incorporated - 45° BEND
APPLICATION :
usable in pressurized air conditioning systems for civil and industrial vehicles, cogeneration units, marine engines, transport of high temperature fluids. It can be used both in vehicles and in the industrial sector, its use is indicated in cooling and heating systems on buses, trucks and industrial vehicles, refrigeration systems of cogeneration units and marine engines.
PROPERTIES :
Ideal for use at high temperatures between -60° and 180°C (peaks of 200ºC for short periods of time).
- Resistance to antifreezes and antirusts.
- High resistance to ozone.
- High resistance to hardening with excellent compression characteristics.
- Excellent flexibility during the assembly process.
- Excellent resistance to thermal aging and oxidizing agents (oxygen, ozone, UV rays).
CONSTRUCTION :
The construction material is VMQ (Vinyl-Methyl-Quality) silicone rubber, STANDARD BLUE colour, other colors on request.
-This product is made with three or four polyester reinforcements. 45° BEND with 150mm side legs.
LIMITATIONS:
compliance with the declared values, not suitable for the continuous passage and storage of hydrocarbons (even if resistant to traces of oil and diesel). It is not suitable for use at high depression, nor for the transport of abrasive powders. This type of hose is not suitable for negative pressure (vacuum) applications. The operating pressure and breaking load were determined through pressure tests according to ISO 1402/2009.

- The silicone rubber used complies with the EU Directive 2002/95 / ECC for the restriction of the use of hazardous substances (RoHS).
- The silicone for this hose is classified as M1 according to UNE 23.727-90 and as F2 according to NF F 16-101.
- The combustion, smoke and dripping class of this reference is S-3, SR-2 and ST-2 according to DIN 54837: test standard 2007 and DIN 5510-2: classification standard 2009 - DIN 5510-2 'Tests of fire for railway components .
