Because it can be used in the ATEX:0.1.2 zone and ATEX20.21.22 zone as the tube is built with antistatic rubber compounds both in the substrate and in the cover.
The production cycle does not use animal derivatives, phthalates, adipates or materials subject to the restrictions of EC Reg. 1907/2006 (REACH).
White NBR rubber tube, odourless, flavourless, mirror-like, smooth food-grade antistatic R<10 9 O/m. Complies with FDA and DM21/03/73 regulations and subsequent amendments.
Reinforcement textile inserts and incorporated steel spiral.
Cover in black CR synthetic rubber , resistant to abrasion, atmospheric agents and ageing, self-extinguishing and antistatic canvas imprint R<10 6 O/m.
Operating TEMPERATURE: -20°C +90°C maximum peaks of +130°C for sterilizations.
Operating PRESSURE: 10bar safety coefficient 3 times at least the operating pressure.
DEPRESSION: -0.9 bar
PACKAGING: 40 meters, other smaller sizes on request.
