The E/23 groups combine the functions of E/20 filter, E/25 pressure regulator and E/21 lubricator in a single unit.

The E/20 filter has been designed to remove liquid and solid impurities in pneumatic systems. They are modular filters equipped with a PE filter cartridge which retains impurities with dimensions greater than 40 µ . On request you can have different degrees of filtration 5 µ or 20 µ .

The E/25 pressure regulator is a device that acts on a fluid capable of providing the output with a pressure of the desired value. The pressure reducer, with piston operation, is equipped with a perfect regulation and compensation system which ensures very precise and unaltered delivery over time. The relieving system makes the pressure reading on the pressure gauge constant even during the pressure reduction phase.

The operation of the E/21 mist lubricator is based on immediate mixing of the oil. This mixing is optimal even with small air passages

General characteristics
  • Powder coated metal bodies.
  • Cup with quick coupling in technopolymer ( E/22 series ) or metal ( E/22-P series ) with a capacity of 50 cm 3 for the E/20 element and 100 cm 3 for the E/21 element.
  • Semi-automatic and manual unloading device upon request. Complete with connection for drainage pipe connection.
  • Deflector and air conveyor for effective condensation separation.
  • Piston pressure regulation system
  • Overpressure relief valve, relieving function, standard.
  • Adjustment knob equipped with locking system and technopolymer fixing ring nut
  • All models include the supply of a square pressure gauge with a 0/16 bar - 0/230 psi scale
  • Oil sight glass in transparent technopolymer with 360° viewing and micrometric adjustment.
  • Valve that guarantees lubrication even at low flow rates
