Flat flexible hose entirely in high quality extruded TPU

Applications:
designed and recommended as a drag pipe for sewage transfer, irrigation lines, supply of mobile sprinklers, transport of pressurized sludge, transport of compatible fluids (see chemical resistance table), brackish and sea water and transport of waste water .

Construction:
made of 100% high tenacity synthetic yarn circularly braided, completely protected and blocked by a high resistance thermoplastic polyurethane extruded with the weft, forming a single homogeneous structure without the use of glues or adhesives. Its construction does not allow corrosion or encrustations, while providing high resistance to abrasion and cuts. Easy to handle, store and transport, both quick to install and recover. Maximum hose elongation of 2% and maximum hose expansion of 10%.

Coating Properties:
A. Maximum tensile strength of the coating: minimum guaranteed value of 40 MPa (5,800 psi).
B. Final elongation: minimum 500%.

Abrasion resistance:
increases the life of your application in extreme conditions, where abrasion is the primary concern. Thermoplastic polyurethane is considered the most abrasion resistant elastomeric material.

Service temperature range:
From -50? to 65?, with peaks up to 80?. Special versions for higher and lower temperatures available on request.

Ozone resistance:
no visible signs of cracking will appear due to the ozone. Excellent resistance to atmospheric agents and UV rays.

Chemical resistance:
excellent at exposure to seawater and contamination by most chemicals, hydrocarbons, oils and greases has no effect on the short or long term performance of the hose. A chemical resistance table with specific data is available upon request.

Packaging: standard lengths in 100m and 200m. Longer lengths may be available upon request.

Suitable connections: Camlock, Bauer, Perrot, Victaulic, Storz, etc.
