ABRASPIR HOSE

Description and technical data

Structure in special anti-abrasive compound.
Smooth black highly anti-abrasive rubber tube with
textile reinforcement inserts and steel spiral and copper braid for built-in earthing.

Cover: antistatic black (Resistivity <10 ⁶ O/m) cloth impression resistant to abrasion and atmospheric agents.

Coverage variants:
SMOOTH (CORD), SMOOTH WITH STEEL SPRING (SPL),
WAVY WITH STEEL SPIRE (SPO),
SEMI-CORRAVULATED WITH STEEL SPRING (CLC),
RIBBED WITH STEEL SPIRE (SPG)

Use: suction and delivery of highly abrasive dry or water-mixed fluids such as sand and gravel, cement and concrete.

Standards : abrasion losses of the underlayer according to DIN 53516 50 +/- 5 mm 3.

Maximum working pressure: 5 or 10 bar version, safety coefficient 3

Operating temperature: -40° +70°C.
